Fees

Skyline DM Ltd charges agreed professional fees for the marketing work it performs. Fees are quoted before work begins and invoiced as set out in the agreed scope.

Advertising spend

Where clients use paid advertising platforms, advertising spend is normally paid directly by the client to the relevant advertising platform rather than being held by Skyline DM Ltd. Skyline DM Ltd does not hold client funds or process payments on behalf of clients.

Results and rankings

Search engines and advertising platforms control their own systems. Skyline DM Ltd does not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic volumes or sales outcomes, and delivers the agreed work to a professional standard.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely access to websites, advertising accounts and information required to deliver the agreed services, and for the accuracy of materials they supply.

Intellectual property

Deliverables produced for a client become the client's property once the related fees have been paid in full.

Termination

Either party may end an ongoing engagement with reasonable written notice. Fees for work already performed remain payable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
